Shipping policy
Order Processing/Shipping
- My goal is to ship items out as soon as possible and in most cases, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the order date. You will be notified if there is a delay in processing your order.
- Packages are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. During the Christmas season, packages are shipped as soon as possible to ensure a speedy delivery.
- Please note that during the busy holiday season, carriers may experience delays. Once your parcel leaves my hands, delivery is out of my control.
- If you need your order by a certain date, please send an email to info@thecraftshoppecanada.com so I can prioritize your order on my end.
- If your order fails to arrive, please email me at info@thecraftshoppecanada.com with your order # and we'll go from there.
Shipping Confirmation
- You should receive an email confirming your order after you've placed it.
- If you don't see that confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folders. If you don't receive that initial confirmation email, then you won't receive future emails containing your shipping confirmation.
Customs Information
- Given the tariff situation between Canada and the U.S., all customs/duty/brokerage fees are listed and paid for at checkout. This eliminates any surprise charges upon delivery.
