Refund policy

Returns

- I will accept a return on your order within 21 days of delivery. To initiate the return, please send an email to info@thecraftshoppecanada.com with your order # and reason for return.

- You are responsible for shipping/duty/tariff costs related to returning your order. It is recommended that you choose a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. 

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition from when you received it and in the original packaging. 

- Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  It might take a few business days for a refund to be processed. 

Digital Products

- Given the instant download nature of digital products, they are not eligible for return or refund. They are considered final sale.

Exchanges

- If you wish to make an exchange, send an email to info@thecraftshoppecanada.com with your order #, and the item you wish to exchange your order for.

- You are responsible for shipping/duty/tariff costs related to returning your order. It is recommended that you choose a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. 

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition from when you received it and in the original packaging. 

- Once the original order has been received, then your new/exchanged item will be shipped.
