MEASUREMENTS | MATERIALS
- Each mug is made from ceramic and is 11oz. in size.

ORDERING INFORMATION
- Choose between red, white or black for your mug colour 
- Once you have submitted your order, send an email to info@thecraftshoppecanada.com with your personalization information.

ORDER PROCESSING | SHIPPING
- Orders are processed with a 3-5 day turnaround time.
- All orders are packaged for a safe arrival using Canada Post.
- Enjoy a flat shipping rate of $5 with each order however, expedited shipping options are available if needed.
- If your order totals $65 or more (before taxes), then shipping is free.

OTHER INFORMATION
- The images and words are infused in with the mug so they will last a lifetime - regardless of how many times they are washed.
- Each mug is dishwasher and microwave safe.
